Visitor Sign In - Contactless and Quick

Government-provided QR scanning systems for visitor sign in only forms a portion of what's required to follow best practices in contractor management. 

The "Visitor Sign In" tool is used to ensure contractors coming onsite to perform works are pre qualified and inducted before they come onsite.  This application is available as a standalone product or as a module contained within the ContractorManage compliance system.

Once the person arrives, your administration staff are able to directly reach the Visitor Sign In page and classify whether the person is a Visitor or a Contractor (i.e. Someone performing works onsite). If they're not yet inducted, then their pocket pings and they can complete it there and then using their Smartphone.  Simple.

Simple Process to Follow

• If the person is a visitor, they are signed in directly.
  
• If the person is a contractor, this system can identify whether the contractor has already completed the induction before they're signed in.
  
• If the contractor has not completed the induction, they are instantly emailed the link to complete the induction on their mobile device (phone or tablet) where the process can be completed.
