Visitor Sign In - Contactless and Quick
The "Visitor Sign In" tool is available as a standalone product or as a module contained within the ContractorManage compliance system. In order to promote high hygiene standards, this Sign In module is administered 100% by your organisation, meaning no external tablets or kiosks are required.
Who will this system let you sign in?
Once the person arrives, your administration staff are able to directly reach the Visitor Sign In page and classify whether the person is a Visitor or a Contractor (i.e. Someone performing works onsite).

Simple Process to Follow
If the person is a visitor, they are signed in directly.
If the person is a contractor, this system can identify whether the contractor has already completed the induction before they're signed in.
If the contractor has not completed the induction, they are instantly emailed the link to complete the induction on their mobile device (phone or tablet) where the process can be completed.
